Zappi (“the Service”) is operated and sold by Mustaqeem Morshed (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or subscribing to Zappi Pro you agree to these terms.

Who you are buying from

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service enquiries and handles returns. Paddle's own terms apply to the payment itself.

The Service

Zappi turns technology news into kid-friendly stories, comics, quizzes and visuals for children roughly aged 10–13. Free accounts can read three stories each day. Zappi Pro removes that limit and unlocks chatting with Zappi. A Family subscription covers up to four child accounts chosen by the account holder.

Accounts for children should be created and managed by a parent or guardian, who is responsible for the subscription and for supervising use of the Service.

Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the price shown at purchase, until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your profile page; access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. Prices are shown in US dollars and may include tax depending on your location.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service: no attempting to break, overload or reverse-engineer it, no sharing one account with people outside your household, no automated scraping, no uploading unlawful, hateful or adult content through chat, and no using the Service to harm others. Family seats are for children in your own household.

Intellectual property

Zappi's stories, illustrations, comics, quizzes, mascot and software belong to us. Source news articles remain the property of their publishers and we link to them. You may use Zappi content for personal, family and classroom learning, but not republish or resell it.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, is used fraudulently, or causes risk to other users. Where the breach is not serious we will try to warn you first. If we close your account without cause, we refund the unused part of your subscription.

Disclaimers

Zappi is an educational service. Stories are simplified with AI help and may contain mistakes, so they are not a substitute for the original reporting. The Service is provided “as is” and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use Zappi after that means you accept the updated terms.
