Zoom! Whoosh! BYD's Electric Cars Are Taking Over the World (Almost!)

Hey future explorers! Have you ever heard of a company that makes awesome electric cars, like super-cool robots that drive themselves? Well, there's a big company called BYD, and they're doing something incredible!

BYD makes cars that don't need gasoline, just like your phone needs to be charged! For a long time, bigger, older car companies from places like America or Europe used to sell tons of cars in China. China was like their secret growth garden, where they could sell lots of new cars.

But guess what? Now, the tables have turned! BYD, which started in China, is growing super fast *outside* of China! In just one month, August, they sold a record-breaking 189,466 cars to people in other countries! That's like selling two and a half times more cars than they did the year before! They grew an amazing 134%!
