Spooky Space Flight! SpaceX Launches Halloween Satellites

Just past midnight on Halloween, a giant rocket blasted off into the dark sky over California! It wasn't carrying ghosts or goblins, though. Inside was a batch of 27 shiny Starlink satellites, all packed tightly like tech treats ready to be shared with the world.

Starlink satellites are like floating Wi-Fi routers orbiting hundreds of miles above our heads. They beam speedy internet down to places that regular cables can't easily reach, like remote islands, snowy mountaintops, or boats in the middle of the ocean.

Once the Falcon 9 rocket pushed its high-tech cargo toward orbit, its massive booster turned around and flew right back down to Earth. It landed smoothly on a floating drone ship in the Pacific Ocean so it can be cleaned up and flown again. Talk about an awesome Halloween trick!
