Blast Off! Rocket Lab's Space Mission for Japan's Earth Watcher!

Imagine sending a super-smart camera high up into space, like an eagle soaring above the clouds! That's what Rocket Lab, a company that builds and launches rockets, is doing for Japan.

They're sending a special satellite into Earth's orbit. Think of orbit as a super-fast racetrack around our planet that the satellite will zoom around, taking pictures and gathering information. This particular satellite is like a superhero with X-ray vision because it uses something called 'radar' to see through clouds and even at night!
