Uh-Oh! A Big Power Plant Plan Got a Naughty Report Card from the Judge!

Imagine your school project getting a big 'redo' sticker from the teacher... because it broke some rules!

Hey, Zappers!

Guess what? There's a huge power company called the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) that helps give electricity to lots of homes. They had a big plan to build a new power plant in a place called Kingston. This new plant would use natural gas, which is a type of fuel, to make electricity.

But a super important judge, like a referee for big decisions, looked at TVA's plan. And guess what? The judge said, "Hold on a minute!" The judge found some big mistakes and said TVA didn't follow all the important rules when they decided to build this new plant. It was like they skipped some important steps in a recipe!
