Superpowering Our Cities: Helping Communities Bounce Back!

Imagine your town is a superhero, and sometimes even superheroes need a little help to stay strong! Right now, some amazing projects that help our towns get ready for things like big floods or heat waves are like tiny puzzle pieces scattered everywhere. It's hard to get all the grown-up money-helpers (they're called 'investors') interested in these small, separate pieces.

But guess what? A super smart idea is buzzing around! It's like having a special 'Green Bank' – not a bank with slimy seaweed, silly! It's a place that could gather up all these smaller, super important projects. Think of it like collecting all your LEGO bricks for one giant, awesome castle instead of just building tiny cars.
